AMATITEÑA Tequila Blanco is a 100% agave tequila from Amatitán, Jalisco, made by third-generation producer Alberto Partida Hermosillo. The agave hearts are crushed with a traditional stone tahona and cooked slowly over open wood fire, then fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged, it shows the spirit's raw character: cooked agave, caramel, a touch of smoke and mineral depth. Serve chilled in a caballito for sipping, or as the base of a classic Paloma or Margarita. 700ml, 42% vol. Product of Mexico.
