AMATITEÑA Tequila Blanco Origen is the higher-proof (49% vol.) expression of AMATITEÑA's tahona-crushed, open-fire-cooked, wild-yeast tequila, distilled in copper stills by third-generation producer Alberto Partida Hermosillo in Amatitán, Jalisco. Unaged, 100% agave and free of added colouring, it delivers concentrated cooked-agave sweetness with caramel, smoke and mineral notes.
