Manufaktur Jörg Geiger's 1797 C.-Bratbirne is a bottle-fermented sparkling pear wine made from the rare Champagner Bratbirne variety, matured on yeast, then gently dealcoholised and rounded off with additional Bratbirne pear juice and a touch of spice, herbs and blossom.
